PANDEMIC VIRTUAL COLLABORATION

Class of 2020 Virtual Graduation
Message from Teachers

This video was played at the Oshkosh North High School virtual graduation in May of 2020. A few weeks prior to the ceremony, I asked staff members to record themselves reading a script written by one of our English teachers. I then compiled the videos into a message for our graduating seniors to be shown at their virtual graduation ceremony. While it could not replace the in-person hugs and well-wishes we so desperately wanted to share, the video provided some closure to all of us who grieved the loss of our final months together.

TV9
Virtual Collaboration

TV9, Oshkosh North High School’s student broadcast station, suffered heavily during the pandemic. However, I believed that the show somehow needed to go on. Over the course of the 10 months we were quarantined, we released music videos that were a compilation of videos that students filmed at their homes. This video is a lip sync to Weird Al’s parody song “Eat It.”
